| These are yearly, ongoing issues, they
don’t include long-term things that need budgeted funds.
Currently if
an amenity is damaged or falls into disrepair, the City of
Calgary is not responsible to maintain or repair them. |
| |
| All the properties of Royal Oak Estates
have a restrictive covenant on them that allows the Homeowners
Association to collect fees for the maintenance and
beautification of the community. |
| |
| These
fees have never been collected. |
| |
| In a community the size of Royal Oak
Estates, with Enhanced Maintenance, the community should be
spending approximately $100,000 yearly to maintain it’s public
spaces. |
| |
| Currently
nothing is being spent. The only maintenance is
City of Calgary class “C”. |
