SAVE THE DATE MARCH 14, 2017 7:00 P.M Royal Oak Victory Church ROYAL OAK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AGM It’s that time of year again where you get the opportunity to support your community and attend our annual AGM. This is a great venue to share your ideas, suggestions, feedback and ask any questions regarding your community. A quick update- we have now signed off on the agreement to maintain the donated sign. This agreement was delayed and then of course has pushed the install of our new sign to this spring. We are planning some more enhancements to our parks and streets so stay tuned. I hope you enjoyed our first attempt at our Christmas lights display. This year we were restricted to solar lights but are planning to put in sufficient electrical panels to support a bigger and better festive display. The Board has decided that we will put up our festive display after Remembrance Day and then take down after Valentine’s Day. Some of the solar lights will remain in the summer as a great accent to our beautiful park and hopefully also adorn our new sign. Please make time to support your community and support the Board by attending the annual AGM. We are excited to share everything your Board has been doing to make Royal Oak Estates a desirable and safe community.
