"Turn over a new leaf" program to kick offThis spring our association will begin the petition process to get the City of Calgary to upgrade our maintenance level from level "C" to level "A". When a volunteer shows up at your door to sign the petition, please do your part to get Royal Oak Estates back to it's former condition. Please tell your neighbors and if you can, volunteer to get the petition signatures we need on your street, and get one of the yard signs. The sooner we get the signatures needed, the sooner we can restore our community. more President's MessageAs President of the newly formed Royal Oak Estates Community Association, I would like to thank our community of Royal Oak Estates for all of your support and patience with our board while we worked hard behind the scenes trying to become "official" in status. Thank you also to all of you who have worked on the sidelines alongside us and in the past to attempt to make our community a beautiful and safe place to live for our residents. more Noticing changes? The Homeowners Association has been working with the developer, Citiland, to fix problems with some of the amenities.
