Royal Oak Estates Annual General Meeting (AGM) Tuesday, May 19, 2026
The Royal Oak Estates Homeowners Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday evening, May 19, 2026. The meeting is open to all Estate residents and will be held at the Rocky Ridge YMCA (11300 Rocky Ridge Road NW) from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, in Multipurpose Room #1.
As part of this meeting, a Special Tax Levy reaffirmation vote will be held. All homeowners in Royal Oak Estates can vote on whether to keep the community in the Enhanced Landscape Maintenance program using funds from the Special Tax Levy. To take part in the vote, please bring proof of ownership to the meeting, such as a utility bill with your name and address on it.
The Restrictive Covenant
Do you own a property that has the Brick and Wrought Iron fencing? Be aware of the restrictive Covenant on your property. Please keep your fence in good repair, it is so much of the character of the community.
